It was very clean and the receptionist was very nice. They also kept my luggage after I checked out, so I was able to go sightseeing in the city with ease, but there was no lock or anything to store it in, so some people might be a little worried.

The location is very convenient, just opposite the station. It is also very convenient to walk to the old town of Bern. There are several supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The lady at check in was enthusiastic and very warm. The hotel also prepared fruits for the guests, which was the most gratifying thing 😁.
The room was facing the street, so I was worried it would be noisy, but it turned out to be... very quiet. Instead, the noises from people walking upstairs or flushing the toilet are louder.
The room is big, and although the equipment is old, it is well maintained and clean.
The downsides for me are: the pillows are too low, the heating is not enough, the quilt is a bit thin, and it's a bit cold to sleep at night.

Very close to the train station and tram station. Few steps to underground supermarket. There is a sports shop downstairs. Easy walk to main shopping street. 20mins walk to bear park.

The front desk is very welcoming 😀 The elevator is a bit small and can only fit two 28-inch suitcases. The bed is very comfortable but narrow. There is no air conditioning in the room, but the advantage is that it only takes one minute to walk from the train station 👍
